We’ve partnered with RONA to celebrate Renovation Month with some great tips! This October, Canada’s renovation industry is inviting consumers to explore the benefits of home renovation.
Renovation Month is a focal point for special public events and activities helping homeowners to make the best possible decisions about their homes.
“Whether you renovate to bring your home up to current standards, to make it more comfortable and energy-efficient, or to get more and better space for your family, your first decision should be to work with a professional renovator,” says Bard Golightly, President of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association. “You want the work done right, by someone you can trust, who has the technical, management and people skills to turn your ideas into a final product that adds value and enjoyment to your life.”
During Renovation Month, the industry across the country organizes consumer seminars, renovation tours, and other events, where people can find out what’s involved in home renovation, explore the latest in design and products, and get great ideas for their own home.
The campaign encourages consumers to meet the professional renovators in their community, as well as suppliers, financial institutions and others who play an important role in housing.
