DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Newfoundland and Labrador’s Housing Forum 2024. \nThis year’s Forum will include a session on funding and incentive programs from the City of St. John’s\, NLHC and CMHC. Honorable John Abbott\, Minister of Housing will be speaking and the day will also feature a Developers’ Panel. A detailed copy of the event can be found on the Registration Form and Schedule \n  \nThe Developers’ Panel is designed to address the current challenges facing developers and builders\, and to foster a collaborative environment where solutions can be explored. Our panel will feature a diverse group of developer members and builders who will share their insights on the obstacles in the development process. This is a unique opportunity to engage in a meaningful dialogue about the issues you’re facing and to collaborate on potential solutions. \n  \nThe input gathered during this forum will be compiled and presented to municipalities by CHBA-NL.
