In addition to the BERG Awards, the CHBA-NL celebrated volunteers with the Member of the Year Awards. Steve Porter of S & L Porter Homes received the Member of the Year in the “Builder” category and Stephanie Korab of Coast 101.1 received the Member of Year “Non Builder” category.Reardon Construction & Development Ltd. was the recipient of Atlantic Home Warrant’y Customer Choice Award.
