Master Builder Certification Program
CHBA-NL Certified Master Builders have years of credible experience, they hire professionals, operate under recognized warranty programs, and undertake regular professional development.
Those who are Master Builder Certified must meet and maintain the highest standards to keep the certification.
RenoMark Canada Certification
RenoMark is a certification guaranteeing quality work and professionalism. It is a well-recognized public symbol, conveying trust to construction clients. Renomark benefits include regular information sessions and communication, additional advocacy support, and business resources, including marketing materials.
Net Zero Training
Net Zero Certified builders are trained in energy efficiency in building and renovating homes. This training is a technical performance standard for energy efficiency, air tightness quality for homes, and environmental responsibility in home construction. It replaces the formerly known R-2000 standard. A national network of CHBA Qualified Net Zero Service Organizations and Energy Advisors work directly with the builders and renovators to design, model, test and inspect each home.
Adaptiv Home Renovations Certification
CHBA-NL offers definitive training on accessible and aging-in-place renovations in Canada. Adaptive Homes offers practical and theoretical training in building accessibly, as well as client communications, legal considerations, and access to a suite of resources to promote the designation.
